I think that these are 6x6 page protectors mounted on cardstock. I don't think that they are as hard as they look!

Hope this helps.

Pretty please Anyone have measurements or suggestions on what kind of adhesive to use?

It looks like the main part goes around the back, folds over the top and then closes and then there is a 6x6 insert that is also stamped?

Wow! Those are really cool!!!

I think you must be right about the 6x6 insert. I would think this would prevent seeing the adhesive where the page protector is glued to the back piece of cs.

Does that make sense?
Has anyone here made one of these?

The original poster went back and put some basic instructions in place...I bet with some trial and error they would go pretty easily. They are fantastic and I had saved them in my favorites too...to get around to "someday"

Default pouch cards from DC regionals

I just made a couple of these.
using the 6x6 page protectors you cut off the wholes and I mounted mine with sticky strip (red line tape) to the card stock. using a velcro dot you put this on the flap of the card stock and the 6x6 page.. it closes it all together. as to a handle you can just cut slits in the fold of the card stock and tie a knot in the end of your ribbon.
I also used the ultrasmooth white gift cards with mini scalloped envelopes (SU)
they also had a pen that you stamp a sheet of paper and cut just a small strip to go around the pen ( they opened the pen and just put it around the refill/ink tube of the pen) then put the pen back together.
hope this helps

Thanks Rita!! I had pretty much figured out the sizes but was clueless on that type of tape to use. It didn't even cross my mind to use the red-line stuff!

Ok everyone I will do my best with this.

I believe the paper was 9 1/2 x 6 1/2 scored at 6 1/2 on the long side (to forma square 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 when folded on the score). Fold it over to form the top flap. The 6 x 6 protector is the page protectors from the photo albums in the catalog (pg 210). Cut off the holes. You probably could use something else. I think it had 4 matching envelopes and cards inside. The cards were the small gift cards with the mini scalloped envelopes. All stamped to match each other and put in the pouch and closed with a velcro closure. And ribbon at the top to form a handle. They also made a matching pen to go with it.

I think that the best option for attaching the page protector to the back 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 piece is probably the sticky strip tape. I think if you put it at the top and attach to the back it wouldn't show too bad and would hold it securely in place. I really don't remember what they said to use at DC regionals and did not write it down.

I hope that this answers everyone questions. It really is very simple to put together.
