Cleaning Scissors
What do you use to clean the sticky off your scissors? I have the KAI scissors made for Rubber Stamps, but they are now sticky!

I find that a baby wipes works well. Or you can try Goo Gone or a similar product.

Try Goo Gone! Works great and you can use it for lots of other stuff.

Rubbing alcohol. Just make sure they are dry before you continue to cut.

I've heard Versamark, Goo Gone and WD-40 all work. Haven't tried any of them, though.

I have those scissors and they got really sticky while mounting UM's.
I used a green kitchen scrubby pad to get it off. I used a little bit of soap and it did the trick.
Hope that helps.

I used to use Goo Gone - but then I had to clean the Goo Gone off
Now i bought a box of alcohol wipes at the pharmacy and they do the trick nicely.

I'm glad I saw this. I have been using Gunk & Goo but I have a first aid kit full of alcohol swipes so I will try them next!
Thanks!

I love using the pre packaged alcohol swabs. They're like shout wipes... indespesible and fit anywhere!

I just use my Stampin' Mist - takes it right off usually. Excepts when I've been negelcting them and forget to clean the build up.
Whoever uses the green kitchen scrubbie - couldn't that actually dull your scissors?

Odorless Paint Thinner
I used the odorless paint thinner I use with colored pencils. The bottle was already sitting next to me on the desk and it took the gunk right off.

I followed a site members advise for using hand lotion and it worked wonderfully! Also, Walmart sells a product called undo in the craft section and it works very well.

I've found that the little alcohol-swab pads that you use before an injection works FABULOUSLY!! I know, I know...not every one is a diabetic. ;) BUT- you can buy a box of 100 at Target for about $1.29.
