Ok... I just typed a HUGE reply and DELETED it... aarrrrgggg!!!
Here I go again...
So the only stamp store I have found is in Plano (maybe 10-15 miles from the American Airlines Center). This store is very very very
tiny. It carries way more stamp stuff than the average craft/scrapbook store, but is still
tiny. It definitely leans toward artsy rather than cutesy, but lots of interesting stuff to be found there.

We also have ReCollections and Scrapbook Warehouse up here... although you may have those where you live.
There is a ReCollections in Frisco (the one I have gone to) but also one in Dallas. I think the Frisco one is 15-20 miles from the AA Center. I honestly don't remember if they carry any stamp stuff at all, but it is a huge store with lots of embellishments, etc. (It has the added bonus of being right across from one of Dallas' famous tourist spots for women... the Sam Moon jewlery store. It's a very difficult place to describe, but basically it's a GIANT store chock full of designer looking costume jewlery, handbags, belts, accesories, and on and on and on. Everything in there is CHEAP... like really cheap. So cheap that there are so many women in there that they have police at the doors to keep the crowds at the right size. Here's an article about it
http://dallas.about.com/cs/sammoon/a/newsammoon.htm
and their homepage
http://www.sammoon.com/lso. It's also right across from Stonbriar Center which is, by the way, my favorite mall EVER.)
Anyways, the Scrapbook Warehouse I go to is in Lewisville right off of I35(maybe 15-20 miles from the AA Center), although there is one in Colleyville, too.

They carry loads of paper, embellishments, and have just recently added more stamps, ink, etc, although it is still contained on both sides of one aisle. They have all the major brands of scrap stuff (Making Memories, SEI, etc.) and tons of other stuff, too. They do have some VERY cute smaller alphabet stamp sets and even these new stamps from 7 Gypsies that are like those library date stamps except instead of dates they are sayings and stuff... so cute. I can't describe them too well so here's a link to that, too...
http://www.sevengypsies.com/page.php...&categoryId=41#. Lots of sayings on each stamp and they're only like $7. I am resisting the urge to buy, buy, buy.
(By the way, if you're interested in Sam Moon, the other location is on the highway between the AA Center and Lewisville, so you could hit one either way.)
That's all I can remember... I hope this helps!
