JUNE VSN - CHALLENGE A (JUNEVSNA)
I used the clock on www.time.gov to post exactly at 3:00 pm (Pacific) --
ALPHABET BOARD BOOK CARD
It's time to dig deep into your kids toy box for an example on this one. Make a card using one letter from the alphabet, and everything stamped on the card must start with that letter. For this you need an alphabet set, printer for fonts and words, and stamps starting with your letter -- use one, or more image stamps.
Now, you can do this one of two ways:
1) One way is to use one thing starting with the letter (make sure you include the word on the page somewhere and the letter you chose.) This is the easier one.
An example of how easy this is: Flower is your chosen image/letter. You use the letter "F" and flower images. So simple!
2) The second way is to choose your letter, and then use multiple images all starting with that letter on the page. (Example, if you choose "H" you could stamp, hotdogs, hamburgers, hands, hello) You can put the name of each image close to it, and the letter you choose somewhere on the page. Kind of like a little kids board book.
Obviously layout and variations on this theme are totally cool --
Questions? Concerns? Whining? Post in this thread.
Good luck and have fun! Remeber to label all entries in this category with "JuneVSNA " so I can find them for judging!!! Put that in the Keywords section when you upload it!
Amanda
ready , set , go stamp !!! You only have 45 minutes . . . what are you waiting for . . .

Nope, just a card with the idea of an alphabet board book -- like "A" is for apple, ant, airplane . . . do ya get it? If not, ask more questions . . .

You are just making a regular card. Everything on the card has to start with the same letter... No mat board needed.

After you upload your project, make sure you have put in the keywords JUNEVSNA and just put it in the gallery where it belongs. Then copy the link and put it in the challenge thread.

So we only have 45 minutes to do this? Or all night? I understand the concept but unsure of the time allowance.
Thanks for the help~

Theoretically if you are doing it with the group -- 45 minutes, but really, you have all night and even tomorrow . . . till noon . . . to upload!

Here is a lame attempt, but kinda cute too, I was a little bit of a spazz and I now have the floor under my table full of stamps sets scattered everywhere! I hope I calm down and remember it's not a race! LOL.
