About the Cookbook
It has come to my attention that some recipes were inadvertently omitted from the final publication of the cookbook. I am unaware of how this happened, but I assure you this was not done on purpose.
Every effort was made to make this cookbook a great one. There were many unforseen problems and delays, and these omissions were one of them.
After all of this, I hope you can still enjoy it.
