Default teabag template

Anyone have a template to make the project pictured below. I photographed it at my demo's Customer Appreciation event yesterday.
TIA,
~Gina

I don't have a template for you, but this is oh so simple to make...

Cut your cardstock a little wider and 2-12 to 3 times as tall as your teabag. Fold in half. Fold the bottom up about a quarter inch, open it up and push the center of the fold in. You'll have a "W" shape.

Check to see where you'd like to place the tea bag and cut down as needed. Cut a triangle off one side of the (still folded) top, match it to the other side and trim to match. Punch 1/4" hole in top center. (This closure is different from the picture. I can't quite see how that was done.)

Add your teabag with adhesive of choice (I would probably use a glue dot), close and thread a ribbon through the punched hole. Voila!

Here's one folks will make at my Stamp Camp on Tuesday. Inside is a Stash Christmas Eve Herbal Tea bag.
