I loved this idea but wanted to use for standard card (4.25 x 5.5). Here are the measurements:
For the sleeve:
5 5/8" x 11 1/2"
Score at 1/2", 1 1/2", 5 3/4" and 4 3/4"
For the box:
6 1/4" x 7 1/2"
Score 1" around each side

I'm going to gush here for a minute, too, and say how much I love your work! I have several of your cards in my favorites to CASE. What an inspriation!

The directions and pictures. It's very pretty.
I also want to thank the person who gave the measurements for a box to use with A2 cards.

This is beautiful--Just one question--can comeone tell me what the difference is between Brita's measurements and A2, in other words, are Britta's smaller than A2, or larger? I think I saw someone called them mini, what does this mean? (apologize for hijacking this thread a bit...)

A-2 is a standard 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" card/envelope.
The one Brita originally designed has dimensions to accomodate the
smaller enclosure cards . So, yes, Brita's are smaller!

Thanks to everyone who supplied directions for this project. This will make a great gift for a friend of mine who just today had hip replacement surgery and who I know will be sending out lots of thank you notes to well-wishers.
Thanks again!
